KEPUNI Self-developed TBM-65 Welding Head for Narrow Pitch Welding

Information

KEPUNI's innovative TBM-65 tube sheet welding head has the following significant advantages:

Center-Mounted Cylinder Technology
Compared to traditional rear-mounted cylinder designs, the center-mounted cylinder is more compact, occupies less space, and is closer to the core, improving mechanical power transmission efficiency. Furthermore, the sealing ring design effectively blocks noise and dust intrusion, ensuring a quiet and stable welding process. This structure not only optimizes space utilization but also provides excellent support for coaxial wire feeding.

Integrated Coaxial Wire Feeding Technology
The TBM-65 welding gun features a rear-positioned wire reel, allowing ample wire length to be straightened within the gun, ensuring a straight, unbent, and warped wire, resulting in exceptional stability. The wire feed mechanism is connected to the rear shaft via a spring-loaded guide rail, effectively eliminating the uneven resistance, stuttering, and lag associated with traditional welding guns. During welding, if the wire hits the weld seam, the guide rail connecting the wire feed mechanism to the rear shaft is forced back and forth to provide a buffer and adjust the wire feed rhythm, ensuring smooth wire feeding.

Adjustable Module
This welding gun is equipped with five sets of slide rails and a 60° rotation mechanism, enabling relative movement between the welding torch and the wire feeder, overall movement, and flexible adjustment of the torch's tilt angle to accommodate various welding postures.

Excellent Narrow-Gap Welding Capabilities
Leveraging its innovative, adjustable three-dimensional module design, the TBM-65 welding gun can achieve a minimum pipe bridge spacing of 5mm when welding dense pipe arrays. This breakthrough performance demonstrates greater field adaptability, a wider range of applications, and differentiated market competitiveness.

High-Quality Hardware
The core components of the TBM-65 welding torch are crafted from titanium alloy. Weighing only 9 kg, the torch combines lightweight design with high wear and corrosion resistance. This significantly reduces operator workload, extends equipment life, and improves work efficiency.

The TBM-65 welding gun also features innovative highlights:

With its dual-module design, operators can fine-tune the tungsten needle's front-to-back and left-to-right position with a simple knob, while also flexibly adjusting the gun tip's angle to achieve diverse welding effects. The angle adjustment range extends from 0° (parallel) to 60°, meeting high-precision welding requirements. Furthermore, the module offers intuitive operation, quick learning curve, easy maintenance, and stable and reliable performance, greatly facilitating welding operations.

KEPUNI's self-developed TBM-65 welding gun, with its multiple innovative technologies and significant advantages, provides an efficient, stable and flexible comprehensive solution for the welding of plate heat exchangers.
